This mixture of Noirmoutier salt, 3 seaweeds, vegetables and spices offers a unique flavor to your broths and your cooking.

In classic court-bouillon, 2 tbsp per liter in the cooking water of your pasta, vegetables, rice or shellfish. Use daily as a spice, in a risotto or a sauce. Let your imagination run wild!

Ingredients: salt from Noirmoutier Island, 25% dehydrated seaweed (dulse, sea lettuce, nori), onion, lemon, carrot, pepper, tomato, celery, leek, garlic, dill, coriander, oregano, cloves.
Possible traces of crustaceans, fish, molluscs.
