Agar-agar replaces traditional gelatin in your cooking and replaces pectin in your jams. You can also use it in your sauces, panacotta, etc. Organic ingredients.

To gel: use 4g of agar-agar for ½ liter, mix, bring to the boil for 5 min and let cool.
To thicken: use 4g of agar-agar for 1 liter, mix, bring to the boil for 5 minutes and leave to cool.

Ingredients: agar-agar, extracted from the seaweed Gelidium sp.
Possible traces of crustacean, fish, mollusk.
