acai smoothie


  • 1 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 large sliced frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vegan milk

Serves: 1 big glass

For: gluten free, lactose free, dairy free, egg free, vegan


  1. Place the frozen banana, berries, acai powder and milk into the blender cup.
  2. Puree until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute, adding a little extra liquid as needed to help it move along and blend.
  3. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!

Tips: drink it as soon as it's done or it will melt.
