mocktail grapefruit and rosemary

grapefruitIngredients:

  • 80 cl grapefruit lemonade
  • 20g sugar
  • 20cl of water
  • 4 branches of rosemary

Serves: 2 glasses

For: gluten free, lactose free, dairy free, egg free, vegan

Recipe: 

  1. Boil the water and add the sugar.
  2. When the sugar has dissolved, add the rosemary branches.
  3. Let the sirup cool down.
  4. In a glass, put in some ice, 2 tbsp of the sirup.
  5. Pour 20cl of grapefruit lemonade.

Tips: you can use some maple sirup instead of the sugar and water but you'll need to infuse it with the rosemary for about 30min.
