no waste apple sauce


  • 3 apples
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp os maple sirup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla paste (1 vanilla bean)
  • 1/2 lemon juice

Serves: 2 big bowls

For: gluten free, lactose free, dairy free, egg free, vegan


  1. Remove the stalk from the pear and apples.
  2. Bake for 30 min at 200°C until fruits are soft.
  3. Remove the flesh of the banana and mix with the apples and pear. Yes, mis all of it with skin and seeds. You can add a little bit of water to make it easier.
  4. Add the maple sirup and vanilla paste.

: use ripe fruits for more taste and sweetness. You can also add a tsp of cinnamon if you like!
