Vegan Breakfast Muffin

  • 8 tbs of Omelett-Mix
  • 4 tbs of water or milk or plant-based milk
  • additional ingredients: dried tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, oignon

Preparation for : 2 people

Suitable for : gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan

Recipe : 

  1. Mix the powder with some water or (plant-based) milk
  2. Add all the ingredients you want⁠
  3. Fill the muffin trays 3/4 of the way up to prevent overflow
  4. Bake for 15-20 min at 180°C.⁠
